5th June 2025 - Guest Speaker - Rebecca Entwistle
Rebecca Entwistle will be visiting Ulverston Photographic Society on Thursday February 5th 2026 to deliver her lecture ‘A Judges Perspective’. The lecture is designed of two halves to give members of the club an insight into how judges approach a competition and how judges are selected. After the break and with the resources Rebecca provides, club members have the opportunity in a light hearted manner to become judges for the evening via the means of a workshop element.
4th June 2025 - Ulverston Photographic Society affiliated to the Lancashire & Cheshire Photographic Union (L&CPU).
For the coming season the society remains as a member of the L&CPU and links through them to the Photographic Alliance of Great Britain (PAGB) Members of the club may enter competitions organised by the LCPU, either as individuals or as part of a club entry. The LCPU also organise events which club members may attend - but there may be a charge for that and full details can be found on their website: www.lcpu.org

Alan and Julie Walker will be returning to Ulverston Photographic Society on Thursday December 4th 2025 and will be presenting their latest photography talk titled ‘Yellowstone and Beyond’. Alan and Julie have been good friends to us over the years and we can guarantee from their previous talks that this latest installment will be as entertaining and informative as always.
